From warehouses to distribution centers, when strength, safety and efficiency are essential, we have the racking solution for you

Conventional Racking

Push Back Racking

Drive-In Racking

Pallet Flow Racking

Our conventional racking has proven itself as the solution of choice for warehouses and distribution center managers looking for the most trusted and tested pallet shelves, racking systems & pallet warehouse products.

The reverse gravity pallet rack, also called Push-back, is the ideal industrial storage system that reduces inventory loading and unloading times. Unlike other types of racking systems, the pallets are always accessible from the aisle, with a forklift for example, making it possible to empty a level even if other levels are still full. This industrial storage system allows storage of 2 to 6 pallets deep, depending on the model chosen.

Our static accumulation or drive-In pallet rack offers an optimal storage space for heavy loads at a lower cost. This industrial storage solution maximizes storage density and load capacity by reducing the numbers of aisles. A warehouse racking system designed to allow forklifts to enter each bay, thus allowing storage of several pallets in depth and in height.

The pallet Flow racking with dynamic accumulation automatically manages stocks according to the principle of first in, first out (FIFO). It is an ideal solution for the management of stocks with a high turnover rate, such as perishable products. The inclined tracks allow you to store a large number of pallets in depth, while ensuring quick access to your stocks and also providing increased safety for your employees.

Structural Racking

Cantilever Racking

Industrial Mezzanine

Carton Flow Racking

Our structural pallet racking remains the best solution for industrial racking in warehouses and distribution centers with high-traffic areas where there is a risk of damage and collisions. Our robust structural steel storage racks are the solution of choice in heavy-duty industrial racking. Its ultra-resistant construction is perfectly adapted to heavy load handling and forklift traffic.

Cantilever is the optimal solution for storing heavy, long, or irregularly shaped items, such as sheets of metal, plastic tubing, planks of wood, or building materials. Often known as industrial shelving, our cantilever solution has proven itself in a large number of warehouses, distribution centers and even big box stores. Our cantilever storage is ultra-resistant, freestanding and fully adjustable according to your needs.

Industrial mezzanines allow you to increase the available storage area and optimize space in a practical and efficient way by adding an extra industrial mezzanine floor to your space. No wonder the industrial mezzanine is one of the most popular storage solutions in warehouses and distribution centers. The custom industrial design of the mezzanines can be designed to meet your needs. Safer than the industrial wooden mezzanine, our industrial steel mezzanines allow you to decouple the storage space and maximize the available space

The carton flow racking system was designed for efficiently picking orders in warehouses and distribution centres. The carton flow pallet racking system tilts downwards, thus allowing boxes loaded from the rear side to slide forward. Inventory management is done automatically according to the principle of first in, first out.

Most frequent questions and answers

The height of pallet racking depends on several factors, such as the height of the building, the reach of the lift equipment, the size and shape of the product being stored, and the building and fire codes. There is no fixed limitation, but a typical warehouse in Asia may have 6 to 7 levels of pallet rack, which translates to approximately 9m to 10.5m

The cost of pallet racking varies depending on the type, size, quality, and quantity of the racking. According to Modern Materials Handling, a single deep rack may cost between US$ 50 and US$ 75 per pallet location, while a high-density rack such as a gravity flow rack may cost between US$ 135 and US$ 400 per pallet location

The weight capacity of pallet racking depends on the design and material of the horizontal beams and the vertical frames. A pair of horizontal beams may hold up to 4 tonnes of inventory, while a frame may hold up to 20 tonnes of load, depending on the duty type

Building or dismantling pallet racking requires proper tools, equipment, and safety precautions. It is advisable to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and seek professional assistance if needed. There are also new regulations in place since 2015 that govern the installation, inspection, use, and maintenance of steel storage racks

Inspection on pallet racking should be done regularly by a qualified person to ensure the safety and integrity of the racking system. A checklist can be used to identify any signs of damage, wear, or overloading that may compromise the racking performance. Some of the items on the checklist include: safe working load signs, beam connectors, uprights, bracings, base plates, floor fixings, etc
